June 20 & 21 8:30am-3pm The Land Trust's 500+ acre Mast Road Natural Area, located on the Lamprey River in Epping, needs your help! Extensive past dumping of tires, trash, and assorted debris needs to be clean up and hauled away. Pick-up trucks are especially helpful! You can come for a few hours or all day or both days! Please bring water, gloves, work boots, and grungy clothes (they will get dirty!). Lunch will be provided. Folks will meet at the intersection of Mast Road and Birch Road in Epping. Newfields 5K Road Race and Children’s Fun Run
The race is a USATF certified race course (#NH00010WN) starting and ending in the beautiful Deer Trees neighborhood at 9:00 AM with the children’s fun run starting at 8:30 AM.

Cocheco Valley Humane Society dog walk at the Strafford County Complex in Dover, NH, participants will be able to tour the current shelter as well as see the land where the new shelter will be built. Hosted by Mark and Karen from WOKQ's Mornign Waking Crew and featuring face painters, animals available for adoption, games, and a walk through the beautiful trails in the shelter's "backyard", the dog walk is the largest fundraiser of the year for CVHS.
